Research, Design, and Test
Redlake's MotionPro X and MotionScope CMOS systems are manufactured to provide extreme flexibility in diverse environmental conditions to a range of applications, including:
- The study of numerous evolutionary and/or development processes both in nature and manmade systems
- Animal locomotion and combustion research
- Sports science (Athlete and sports equipment locomotion)
- Product design and test (Production line failures)
The MotionPro X and MotionScope imaging systems offer outstanding imaging solutions to a diverse array of Research, Design and Test application researchers in simple, compact designs. Combining cutting-edge performance with ease-of-use, these lightweight cameras feature outstanding resolution capabilities (up to 1.3M pixels in Redlake’s MotionScope and MotionPro) and lightning-fast shutter speeds. While both systems offer high-frame rates, the MotionPro X3 (1,000 to 64,000 frames-per-second) and MotionPro X4 (5,000 to 200,000 fps) systems feature amazing versatility for capturing a wide range of high-speed events.
MotionPro X systems also feature an optional data acquisition system (DAS) which allows analog data from as many as four channels to be captured simultaneously with the imaging data. While the MotionPro X systems provide more sophisticated solutions for imaging high-speed events, MotionScope cameras offer a low-cost alternative with excellent imaging quality, including a built-in battery, PC-free operation (for 30 min) in hard-to-reach locations, segmented memory recording, and more.
